For your information...

Regular use and maintenance neglect of your machine will eventually cause it to malfunction. It is said that about 70% of people who own a mower don't perform maintenance. Your mower is bound to give up. Thankfully for you, we fix your mistakes. We care so you don't have to.

What type of machines do you repair?

We repair most commercial use landscaping mowers and machines available in the market. 

What type of machines DON'T you repair?

We don't repair residential equipment, battery powered equipment, generators, or pressure washers.

REPAIR POLICY

Deposit: 
Small machines and handhelds will require a $25.00 + Tax deposit to inspect equipment.

Large machines (21"+) will require a $50.00 + Tax deposit to inspect equipment.
*Deposits are non-refundable


Estimate:
Once the machine(s) is inspected, an estimate will be sent via text.
* This estimate is approximated, NOT a final amount.


Post Repair: 
Final amount will be stated to customer after repair is complete.
Amount includes:
Deposit + final amount + tax
 

PICK UP POLICY

First call:
After machine(s) is repaired, the customer will be notified via text. An allowance of 20 days will be given to customer to pick up machine(s).

Second call:
One week after machine is repaired and has not been picked up, a second reminder will be given to customer.

Last call:
One week after "Second call" a final reminder will be instigated. A "Last call" will include a STORAGE FEE of $25.00 for small units and/or $50.00 for large units.

PMLG:
If customer fails to pick up machine within a week of "Last call", the machine(s) will be declared PMLG (Property of Max Lawn & Garden).
